Every problem should have a solution. However, sometimes we have difficulties to solve the problem because we don't have a vision. This will lead us to be trapped in the same problem for all our lives. 

The problems we have now in communities and societies are going to be resolved only when we are brought together by sense that each of us is a visionary. Each of u must come to the realization that we can function and live at the level of vision rather than following some great leader's vision. Instead of looking for a great leader, we are in an era where each of us needs to find the great leader in ourselves.

You believe it or not, each one of us is a leader, a leader for our environment, leader for our family, or leader for yourself. As a leader we should have a goal, vision and mission, because we should have the end result as our consideration to make decision.

According to Robert Kiyosaki in his book cash flow diagram, 90% of world population is employee or self employed. As employee we should obey and follow our boss. So employees were controlled by the people at the top. It's similar just like we want to make a journey. Who will drive your vehicle? If you are passenger, we have to sit down and trust the driver. Stay in your seat and obey the rules for passengers. If the driver takes you to a good place, you will be happy. How about if the driver takes you to bad place? you are in trouble.

We need to control every aspect of our lives. Therefore, we need to have goal (destination of your live), vision (clear picture of your way to your destination) and mission (you have the reason why you do that).

Your Goal: Your goal is your own destination. It is important for leader to think the end in mind, so you can decide which way you want to go. From goal setting we can build up a good plan. It is said that if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. If you don’t have goal, you will end up in nowhere.

Your Vision: Vision is clear picture of your way to your own goal. You need to build plan how you want to achieved you own goal. Think what you want to become in next year, three year, five years, 10 years, and 20 years. If we can cut our goal into short term goal, we will have clear way which plan need to choose.

Your Mission: Your mission is your reason why you create goal. Your mission will become your soul or your engine to create power to achieve your goal. You need to take a look deeper when you want to choose your goal, whether it is good or bad. You need consider what really make you happy, healthy and wealthy, and then burn your engine to make an action.
