Paypal doing scam?
I have heard that many paypal merchant complain and accuse paypal for doing scam...is that true?

Yeah, i heard that as well. But i don't know much about it please read

anyway, my own experience my account have been frozen by paypal and I can't unlock again. so my suggestion, don't put too much money in your paypal account. No more than $1000. So you will not lose too much.

The reason is simple, i forgot my password. i tried to open the account 3 times. after that paypal will lock your account.
anyway, paypal mostly do not give any reason to lock the account.

My friend have the same experience but he is from country which isn't supported in paypal network. he is open account in England and when he is try to login from his country account have been frozen.

I have suggest for you, don't put your money too much on paypal. make it less than $1000 if you can. Because paypal is not a bank.
