I looking into the idea of operating a real estate company attracting indonesian riches into Singapore properties.
I would like to enquire :
The average wage for administrative clerk/++
The Office space?

Indonesian businessmen have very huge assets too.. haha...
the sentosa grove.. 40%.. by forgieners.. majority Indonesian.. each cost more den 2.5m SGD...

It's about SGD3.25m?
Yes the estate in Singapore is expensive. But it generate steady income( if You are using the premise for leasing purpose) or higher turnover (if You plan to speculate in properties). Singapore has one of the safest property pricing which ensure that investors does not lose out much even if the estate he's investing in drop in value.
That's why it has become a heaven for investment on property during the recent years.
a statistic quoted as per 2006, there's 18,000 indo-investors investing close to 2b in Spore. That include the purchase of estate. As per the statistic shown, the race is advancing very fast
